Yamani Global Equities bids for EMI Group
Yamani Global Equities bids for EMI group and maybe the dark horse winner in the auction.

Rumor has it that Yamani Global Equities Jim Caparro (CEO) and Robert Y Wright (Chairman) have put in a very good bid for all of EMI (EMI Group) and it maybe the highest bid for the company. It seems that YGE has teamed up to fund the acquisition through Alliance Warburg Capital Management. Jim Caparro sure has the credentials to run the company, as he was the past CEO of Warner Music Group.
